There are as many options for ATT log in as there are services from the company. Typically, most people will have a separate account dedicated to a specific service/product. For instance, you may have different log in ID’s for wireless connections from the telecom services giant and another account for your home phone or Uverse.
There is a way in which all of these can be clubbed under a single Access account from the service. Undoubtedly, this would be easier. Alternatively, you can continue to pay your bills online for specific services and monitor account statistics from your dashboard. If you are looking for information on ATT login for various products, here are some helpful tips.
ATT login for Access
A visit to the homepage is all that is needed to get to your Access account with AT&T. Log in at http://www.att.com/. You will see the sign in form to the right. Simply insert your user ID and your password in the appropriate fields and click the blue button which says “sign in”. Like with all services that call for logging in, you will have the option of saving your sign in details on the machine you are using.
For this, check the box next to the words “Save user ID”. The information will not be saved on the AT&T servers but on the computer you are using. If it is a publicly accessible system, uncheck the option for remembering the sign in details as anybody will be able to get into your account. If it is a personal computer, this feature can come in handy because you won’t have to type out the sign in information every time. For clearing this saved data, you will have to clear the form details which are stored along with the cookies and the history by the browser you are using.
Att login for home phone and internet
Check out the page at https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute to find the log in options for various AT&T services. Take a look at the menu to your left. It has options such as wireless, home phone and Uverse. Just click on the tab that is appropriate for you and you will see the log in form appear on the left. Use your sign in details and click on “log in” to access the account.
It is also possible to get to the dashboard of your AT&T Access account through this page. Click on the option in the menu that says “manage multiple accounts”. The sign in form which will appear can be used to log in to the Access account.
Att login for emails, weather, news and more
While Att.com is a portal that exclusively handles log in for people who are using one of the company’s services, ATT.net is the website to visit for accessing your email account with the service. To use this facility, go to www att.net. Although the news on the site is relayed courtesy of yahoo.com, your attempts to log in will take you to the AT&T website.
Click on the tab that says “sign in” to access your AT&T account. You will be redirected to the sign in page where you will be asked to provide your user ID and your password. Type this information and click on “sign in”. To access the email service, on the page at http://att.yahoo.com/, click on the icon for email which is to your right. Once again, you will be taken to the sign in page where you will need to enter your log in information.
Have you lost your ATT login password?
One of the most common issues encountered by people trying an ATT login is using the wrong account details. For instance, you may accidentally use the information of your wireless account for your home phone account. If you are using ATT Access facility with several accounts linked to it, make sure that you use the ID of your access account and not the original log in details from individual accounts to get to the dashboard.
You may also encounter problems because the password is case sensitive and it is easy to type in the wrong information, both user ID and password, if you mistake the 1 for L in lower case or “O” in the upper case for the numeral “0”. If this is not the situation and you still cannot log into your account, it is possible to reset both the password and the username. For this, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the log in page at https://www.att.com/olam/loginAction.olamexecute.
Step 2: Select the account type from home phone, wireless and others. When you see the log in form. Do not enter the user name; instead, click on the link in blue that reads “forgot password”
Step 3: On the next page, you will be asked to enter your user name. You also get an option to recover both the user ID as well as the password, if need be.
Step 4: AT&T uses a two step secure approach for password reset. You will have not only answered two security questions at the time of sign in but also, you will have provided a verification email ID. This is different from the email ID from AT&T that you have used as your username. At first, you will be asked to answer the security questions. If you get the answers right, you will be taken to the dashboard and allowed to get a new password.
Step 5: If this is not possible, you will be asked to check your email inbox for the password reset link. Click on this to be redirected to the password reset page. Type and retype the password to confirm it and set it for use.
